Patient Journey level -it has as objective a better understanding of patients' behavior and key drivers in adherence. We are looking at the current patient journey having been influenced by factors by COVID19 pandemics and digitalization on top of more down-to-earth ones like copayment.

Digital retail: it has as objective the identification of digital trends and challenges faced by the sector.
